A line of credit is a monetary account that can be used, or not touched at all, when cash is needed. It is a quick and confidential way to help you bridge a financial gap.

What do I need to qualify?

You must currently be employed, receive regular paychecks and meet our employment duration requirements.

What happens when I fill in the application?

If your application is approved during our usual business hours, one of our friendly Loan Processors will contact you, within 15 minutes, by phone, in order to verify all of your information.

When will I hear back from Ladder Credit?

During our normal business hours, we will contact you by telephone within 15 minutes after we receive your application.

How do I qualify for the maximum credit line amount?

First time customers may qualify for a credit limit up to $750.00. With a Ladder Credit line of credit, you can draw up to your available credit limit at any time. There is no need to reapply and no need to repay your line of credit to a $0 balance – as long as you remain active and in good standing. Returning customers may qualify for a credit limit up to $1250.00.

How long until I get the money?

If approved, we will deposit your funds into your checking account the next business day. If we are unable to fully verify all of your application information before 4:00 PM Central Time, the money will not deposited until the second business day. We are unable to make deposits on holidays and weekends.

Can I pay my line of credit back early?

Yes you can! Contact us at least 3 business days before your due date to let us know that you want us to debit your account early. You will not be entitled to a refund or discount of the fees.

When do I repay my loan?

Your minimum required payment is due on your pay date; this payment is deducted from your bank account. Your minimum payment consists of the finance charge plus 10% of your outstanding principal. If you would like to pay more than the minimum payment or pay in full, simply call us at 1-800-274-1034 during our normal business hours. Our standard hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 7am to 8pm CST, Friday 7am to 7pm CST, Saturday 8am to 4pm CST, Sunday 8am to 3pm CST.

I don't have a printer and I want to print a copy of my loan documents. Can I get my documents another way?

Yes! If you do not have a printer handy, there are several ways to get copies of your documents.

  • We can email them to any email address you request.

Is my loan secure and confidential?

Absolutely! We transact all our credit lines on our secure server, utilizing the industry’s highest standard. Your nonpublic information is completely confidential and protected by our company privacy policy.

This means that the Miinan Funds’ line of credit products are provided by a sovereign government and the proceeds of our business fund governmental services for Tribe citizens. This also means that Miinan Funds is not subject to suit or service of process. Rather, Miinan Funds is regulated by the Tribe. If you do business with Miinan Funds, your potential forums for dispute resolution will be limited to those available under Tribal law and you loan agreement. As more specifically set forth in Miinan Funds’ contracts, these forums include informal, but affordable and efficient Tribal dispute resolution, or individual arbitration before a neutral arbitrator. Otherwise, Miinan Funds is not subject to suit or service of process. Neither Miinan Funds nor the Tribe has waived its sovereign immunity in connection with any claims relative to use of this website or for any forums other than those specifically set forth in Miinan Funds’ contracts. If you are not comfortable doing business with a sovereign instrumentality that cannot be sued in court, you should discontinue use of this website.

We also offer the option of individual arbitration before a neutral arbitrator if neither customer service nor the Tribe’s dispute resolution protocol solve the problem.
